郭亚琼,女,教授,博士生导师。国家级青年拔尖人才、广东省杰出青年基金项目获得者、科技部“人兽共患寄生虫病创新研究团队”核心成员。兼任中国畜牧兽医学会兽医寄生虫学分会、中国兽医协会兽医寄生虫病防治分会以及广东省畜牧兽医学会的理事;广州市科学技术局选派的农村科技特派员;Science in One Health青年编委。
聚焦隐孢子虫等重要人兽共患寄生虫,解析我国流行虫株的表型特征及其演化机制,开展基于病原关键表型遗传基础的防控原理和综合防控技术研究。近五年,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Cell Host & Microbe、Nature Communications和Communications Biology等期刊发表论文30余篇,论文被引次数位列国内畜牧和兽医学领域前25位。主持国家和省部级科研项目12项,包括3项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发子课题和广东省杰出青年基金项目等。编写科学出版社“十四五”规划教材《人兽共患病学》(副主编)。获得河南省自然科学奖和广东省百千万工程优秀团队指导教师等奖项。
