方亮星,女,1987年出生于湖北省黄冈市,农学博士,从事动物源细菌耐药性及防控策略研究。自2011年以来一直围绕动物源细菌耐药性开展研究工作,基于大量的耐药性调查和耐药基因的传播特征分析,发现优势流行质粒IncHI2、IncFII、IncX4 等是介导重要耐药基因(blaCTX-M、oqxAB、mcr、fosA3、rmtB等)快速传播的重要载体,一定程度上解释了我国动物源沙门菌和大肠杆菌等多重耐药甚至泛耐药广泛出现的原因。进一步基于质粒-宿主菌实验室进化模型,发现缓解携带多重耐药质粒的适应性代价是质粒的适应性与其介导的耐药性之间权衡;还进一步发现质粒携带的多重耐药区的缺失和染色体arcA失活突变共同导致了多重耐药IncHI2质粒与鼠伤寒沙门菌在不同的药物选择压力下的共同适应和共同进化,为多重耐药质粒在细菌内广泛而稳定存在的机制提供一定的见解,为药物尤其是联合药物压力下多重耐药质粒介导的耐药性演变及防控细菌耐药性提供一定的参考。此外,还开展抗菌肽对耐药病原菌的抗菌活性及机制研究。目前,主要围绕携带多重耐药质粒对宿主沙门菌的适应性代价机制及其在宿主菌中稳定维持的分子机制、以及抗菌肽对抗多重耐药菌的抗菌活性及作用机制开展研究。已获得2项国家自然科学基金项目,其中1项已顺利结题,主持2项十四五国家重点研发计划项目子课题,获得1项广州市科技计划项目1项并顺利结题。此外,参与细菌耐药性研究相关的多项国家级研究项目,包括十三五国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点国际(地区)合作与交流项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等。以第一作者(含共一)或通讯作者在mSystems、J Antimicrob Chemother、Antimicrob Agents Chemother、Appl Environ Microbiol、Vet Microbiol等国际期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。
