个人详细情况

    苏仁伟,1984年1月生于黑龙江省北安市,华南农业大学兽医学院教授(首聘),硕士生导师。

    十多年来长期从事雌性哺乳动物生殖与发育,及妇产科疾病机理研究。在PNAS等SCI杂志上发表论文18篇,总引用次数超过300次。

    近年来主要关注和研究Notch信号通路在雌性哺乳动物胚胎着床、蜕膜化和生殖生理、病理方面的作用。研究方法包括原代细胞培养、基因工程小鼠和其他细胞、分子生物学手段。哺乳动物区别与其他动物的最大特征就是其雌性拥有一个可以在体内安全地孕育后代的生殖器官----子宫。 研究子宫的发育及其生理病理机制,以及胚胎与子宫建立紧密联系并最终依靠子宫提供的营养进行发育的过程及机理对于促进人类IVF临床发展和提高畜牧生产效率都具有重要的意义。
