个人详细情况

杨世华,博士,教授,博导,华南农业大学兽医学院副院长,广东省兽医临床重大疾病防控重点实验室副主任。中国畜牧兽医学会产科学分会常务理事。

教育部新世纪优秀人才、广东省省级千百十人才培养对象,目前担任国家重大基础科学研究项目子课题、广东省科技厅前沿与关键技术创新项目以及广东省教育厅创新团队等项目负责人。

2002年获得临床兽医学博士学位;曾在中国科学院昆明研究所从事博士后研究、德国柏林笼养与野生动物研究所作高级访问学者。

十多年来,长期从事动物胚胎工程技术和基因修饰疾病动物模型研究,建立了猕猴(恒河猴和食蟹猴)辅助生殖技术和树鼩胚胎工程技术,制作中国首例试管猴、转基因猴及p53MCPH1基因敲除猴。目前继续从事动物胚胎工程技术研究,应用基因编辑技术制作基因缺陷动物,开展遗传疾病动物模型创制及其机理研究。相关研究成果已发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇。出版专著3部。申请专利十余项。
